To return an item, please email customer service at inquiries@xerabot.dev with proof of purchase. Your refund will then be processed and your account's subscription will be reverted to the free subscription.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
The start of the subscription must be less than seven (7) days from the time you contacted support to request a refund. This is INCLUDING any free-trial time, where applicable.
If there is any suspicion that you violated the Terms of Use, your refund will be denied.
